C.A.R.E.® is a point-based incentive program unique to ProTransport-1 designed to promote superior customer service among team members while providing education and inspiration. ProTransport-1 measures each team member’s success based on individual accomplishment rather than tenure. By challenging team members to provide unrivaled service and care, the C.A.R.E.® program fosters personal and professional growth thanks to the verifiable feedback from patients, customers and coworkers.
These four principles represent the main code of conduct at ProTransport-1. The program itself is comprised of the following four components: C.A.R.E.® level ranks, annual C.A.R.E.® scholarships, monthly C.A.R.E.® awards and the Art McDonald Education Fund. The implementation of each component is contingent upon positive patient and customer feedback, as C.A.R.E.® points are accrued primarily from interaction with such constituents. The C.A.R.E.® Program also serves as a key evaluation tool for ProTransport-1, providing essential insight to the service and care we provide, and allowing the company to uphold industry-best standards in patient care and service quality.
