Super Bowl 50 is on its way to the Bay Area with festivities stretching from San Jose to San Francisco, and ProTransport-1 will be on scene to provide various support services over the next two weeks. While the big game itself takes place near ProTransport-1’s Santa Clara station on Sunday, Feb.7, at Levi’s Stadium, most of the entertainment leading up to kickoff will take place in San Francisco as parts of downtown are transformed into Super Bowl City beginning this week.
The seemingly endless string of events surrounding the game will put local EMS providers to the test. ProTransport-1 will be on hand for many events, offering such services as mobile teams responding to medical emergencies and standby ambulance support. ProTransport-1’s efforts will culminate with Super Bowl 50, where it will fulfill the same on-field role it plays at every San Francisco 49ers home game.
You’ll see ProTransport-1 at all three nights of music sponsored by DIRECTV and Pepsi at Pier 70 featuring the Dave Matthews Band, Pharrell Williams and Red Hot Chili Peppers; Bud Light at Union Square, which will donate 100 percent of proceeds to United Way of the Bay Area programs to fight poverty; Playboy Super Bowl Party 2016 at AT&T Park; WWE LIVE Road to Wrestlemania at the SAP Center in San Jose; and more.
ProTransport-1 is excited to continue providing custom event medical services to festivities large and small throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento and the Central Valley. We’re here to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere throughout Super Bowl 50 festivities.
