Compensation and Benefits
ProTransport-1's compensation plan is designed to reflect the diverse needs of its employees and to value their experience by encouraging longevity and increased skills. ProTransport-1 employees receive comprehensive healthcare benefits including excellent medical, dental and vision coverage.
- Medical - Employees are able to choose from the following plans: HMO, PPO, or HSA (Health Savings Account).
- Dental - ProTransport-1 offers dental coverage with the ability to choose between a high plan and a low plan. Administered by Premier Access, this is a PPO plan with over 70,000 provider locations.
- Vision - ProTransport-1 employees enjoy Voluntary Vision Program at a low cost administered by California Choice.
Art McDonald Educational Scholarship
