Transport Coordinator  

 

Job Description

 

·        Answers incoming calls

·        Arranges transports

·        Checks daily paperwork

·        Batches paperwork

·        Prints and mails various paperwork

·        Assists other departments as needed

·        Communicates with field crews to assign transfers, monitor and direct traffic and assist crews within the scope of their capabilities

·        Works with members of Customer Service and Operations in various capacities

 

This is an entry-level position. Candidates must have customer service experience in order to apply for this position. Additionally, they must be willing to meet the requirements for the position as listed below. A professional demeanor and speaking voice is necessary at all times. Requirements

 

  • Must read, write and speak English
  • Must be a high school graduate (or GED)
  • Must be able to work with multiple telephone lines
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must type 30 WPM
  • Must have excellent documentation skills
  • Must develop a comprehensive understanding of RightCAD/Sanitas
Must develop a comprehensive understanding of all telephone and radio equipment
