transports

paperwork

Batches paperwork

Prints and mails
various paperwork

Assists other
departments as needed

Communicates with
field crews to assign transfers, monitor and direct traffic and assist crews
within the scope of their capabilities

Works with members
of Customer Service and Operations in various capacities
This is an entry-level
position. Candidates must have customer service experience in order to apply
for this position. Additionally, they must be willing to meet the

Requirements

Must read, write and speak English

Must be a high school graduate (or GED)

Must be able to work with multiple
telephone lines

Must be computer literate

Must type 30 WPM

Must have excellent documentation skills

Must develop a comprehensive understanding
of RightCAD/Sanitas
Must develop a comprehensive understanding of all telephone and radio
equipment
