C.A.R.E. Program
We at ProTransport-1 believe individual accomplishment, not just tenure is the true measure of an employee’s success within the company. ProTransport-1’s goal is to promote the highest standards throughout the company with incentive and education programs for ProTransport-1 employees. The company challenges all employees to excel here at ProTransport-1 as well as within their chosen career path. To this end, ProTransport-1 has established the C.A.R.E. Program to reward and promote those who provide superior service to patients and customers.
C.A.R.E. stands for Compassion, Attitude, Responsibility, Excellence.
Compassion: a feeling of sympathy for one who is suffering in regard to patients, coworkers, facilities’ staff and others.
Attitude: positive, can-do, enthusiastic approach to interaction, communication and contact with patients, facilities, customers, and each other as well as professionalism in regard to one’s job duties.
Responsibility: being accountable to patients, company, job duties, coworkers and facilities.
Excellence: providing superior care to patients by going above and beyond duties consistently and continuously.
These four principles represent the main code of conduct at ProTransport-1. Moreover, the program is comprised of four components: C.A.R.E. level ranks, annual C.A.R.E. scholarships, ProTransport-1 monthly awards and the Art McDonald education fund. These components represent awards to employees based on their patient feedback. In addition, the C.A.R.E. program serves our company as an evaluation tool of the service and care we provide. It is in ProTransport-1’s best interests to set high industry standards in patient care and quality service.
