Pro Transport-1’s comprehensive in-house billing department is available to assist patients and their family with questions regarding insurance carriers, levels of service and routine billing. We employ highly qualified Accounts Receivable representatives with years of experience working in the healthcare industry. 

 Our staff attends all industry meetings in Northern California, including ‘webinars’, Medicare seminars, meetings with the California Ambulance Association and the American Ambulance Association.  By keeping our staff’s medical billing knowledge up to date and current, we are better able to serve our many patients and customers.

 Additionally, we have the means to bill any insurance company and our ability to submit claims electronically has helped to ensure both accuracy and timeliness in the billing process.
